A good way to boost flavor is to use fruits and just the right spices in savory combinations. We have developed a wide variety of different nutritious weekly meal plans. Choose a different meal plan for each week of the year or mix and match from the different plans to create your own personal meal plan.
The Cooking Light meal plans are also a great resource if you are just trying to plan a menu for a special meal. The meal plans show several combinations of dishes that you can put together for that special meal - just pick any day in the meal plan to get a suggested menu for your special meal.
