All of a sudden you glimpse out the corner of your eye a cardboard display stacked neatly with THAT NEW CELINE DION DOUBLE CD that you just HAVE to buy. You look down at that sweet piece of currency, then back at the cd, then down at your tummy, which grumbles angrily. What's a boy/girl to do? This club is all about making tasty, filling dinner for one on the cheap. Each recipe contained within must be able to be made for under a dollar, and must look and taste at least reasonably good.
