Hows it going. As the post says Im a cajun from down in the bayou of SW Louisiana. My name is Chris but I go by Sandman, my truck driving handle, I love to cook and be creative with my food most of the time. I dont have alot of recipes to share at the moment cause I rarely make meals from instructions, instead I create using what I think might taste good and so far has not let me down. Im gonna start to write down instructions when I cook so that I may be able to share with everyone some simple and delicious recipies that I have created and some that have been passed down. I have looked on the site for a few recipies that I make and dont see any the same as I make my stuff so I hope everyone will try my recipies and give me there feedback.
