I am just a little curious. What kind of knives , do you all use?? I love the forged kind, solid, no attached handle. My favorite is J.A. Henckels. There great knives and are sold everywhere. Thankx for any responses. Echos

I love Henckels myself!!! I have just two of the knives so far, but I love them. I believe I got two from the professional set. I plan on slowly adding to our collection.
There is nothing like having some good knives! These are very very nice. What line of Henckels do you have? |

I never gave knives a lot of thought, actually. My set is a hand-me-down one that my mother gave me when I moved. I don't know what brand they are, although they're in really good condition.

I could not funtion without mine. I was given mine by my father-in-law 5yrs. ago. They are all sliver, except for a small wooden inlay on the handle. I know he payed alot for them. They are forged, I know cause there is no space or connection between the handle and the knife itself.I could not live without them, Who knew?
